You can stop by anytime during business hours to speak with a jewelry specialist about having your piece(s) repaired. They will create a record of your item(s) and detail exactly what is needed.
Once you drop off your piece(s), the jeweler will complete a full evaluation and estimate the price for repair. We will then send you that price through email for your approval. Once approved, the jeweler will begin the work!
Pickup
After your jewelry has been repaired, you will be notified that has been completed. You are welcome to stop by anytime to come pick it up!
